INTEGRITY—Always place client’s best interest above one’s own. Clients have a right to a firm that avoids harm to others, maintains honorable relationships with others, adheres to the spirit and letter of laws and regulations and, is truthful and candid in all communications.
DILIGENCE—Prompt and thorough practice. Clients have a right to a firm that acts promptly with competence and consistency, makes recommendations only after sufficient evaluation and, properly supervises subordinates.
PROFESSIONALISM—Help raise professional standards.
Clients have a right to be engaged by a firm that knows and abides by laws and regulations, supports development and enforcement of laws and, respects other professionals.
SELF-REGULATION—Uphold and facilitate enforcement of these Client Bill of Rights. Clients have a right to engage a firm that knows and abides by these clients rights and to notify the Society of Financial Service Professionals if our firm is in violation.
